Made to order

Every piece is printed after you order it. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days before your order ships. You will get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email the moment it ships.

Where we ship

Worldwide. Orders are printed by our production partners at the facility closest to you where possible, which keeps transit times down.

Cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $69 USD ship free, worldwide.

Delivery times

Transit time depends on your destination and is shown at checkout. We would rather promise less and deliver more. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us and we will chase it, replace it, or refund it.

Customs and import duties

International orders may attract customs or import charges set by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Wrong address

Orders go into production quickly. If you spot an address mistake, email helvesupport@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can usually fix it before printing starts, but we cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped.
