This website is operated by HELVE APPAREL, ABN 20 422 326 452, a business registered in New South Wales, Australia and trading as HELVE. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them. They are short and in plain language on purpose.

What we sell

Digital products, delivered as downloadable files. Nothing is posted to you. After payment you receive a download link by email and on your order confirmation page. Each product page states the format and length of what you are buying.

Licence

Buying a file gives you a personal, non transferable licence to use it yourself. You may not resell it, share it, republish it or distribute it, in whole or in part. The content remains our property.

General information only

Our guides are general information. They are not medical, fitness, financial, legal or professional advice, they are not tailored to your circumstances, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Speak to a doctor before starting any exercise or diet programme, particularly if you have an injury, a health condition, or are pregnant. Speak to a licensed adviser before acting on anything relating to money. You use the material at your own risk.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time without notice, but changes never affect an order you have already placed. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment providers.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where fraud is suspected or a product was listed at an obviously incorrect price. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.

Returns and refunds

See our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep everything on this site accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is free of errors. We may correct errors and update information at any time.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HELVE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
