Overview

This website is operated by HELVE APPAREL, ABN 20 422 326 452, a business registered in New South Wales, Australia and trading as HELVE. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them. They are short and in plain language on purpose.

Products

Every product is printed on demand after you place your order. Product images are mockups of the printed design. Slight variation in print placement and colour between the mockup and the finished garment is a normal part of print on demand production. Garment measurements are published on each product page.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time without notice, but changes never affect an order you have already placed. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment providers.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where fraud is suspected or a product was listed at an obviously incorrect price. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full. Because production starts quickly, orders generally cannot be cancelled or changed once printing has begun.

See our Return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property

All graphics, designs, product names and site content are the property of HELVE and may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without written permission. Buying a garment gives you a great garment, not a licence to the artwork.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep everything on this site accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is free of errors. We may correct errors and update information at any time.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HELVE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page.
